I bring cross-border employee relations experience across Europe and beyond, supporting People teams and leaders through everyday employee matters, organisational change and consultation.
My approach considers both the immediate matter and what a decision means for the organisation over time: the precedent it sets, the clarity it gives managers and how similar situations will be approached in future. I help put practical guidance and frameworks in place so that sound judgement carries through into everyday decisions.
